Hi all
I have read so many thread on here about back pain. Most people have recommand pilates and other exercise suggested by their physio. I have hurniated disc l4 l5, very bad planter faciitis on left foot and knee pain asuming because of other two. I do some core exercise suggested by physio which help me but is slow recovery.
Any link, video, utuber or pdf recommendations for pilates or any specific exercise that help you recover fully. Thanks

Walking can be really good for back pain.

Keep doing the Physio as much as you can. Walking, flow (yoga) Pilates and swimming

With that combination of strain/injury, I’d be asking my physiotherapist not random internet people!

Was the plantar fasciitis a trauma injury or a muscular issue? Is it connected with being overweight or do you have musculoskeletal issues?

Pilates is good for developing core strength, which in turn can help with back pain, because the abdominal muscles are like a corset. But there are so many other factors: what’s your posture like? Do you sit a lot? Or spend your day standing?

All these things will have an impact on back pain and its relief.
