Can anyone recommend a a stretching session max 15 mins that I can build into my gym workouts. My body feels stiff as I get older and I think adding in some stretching for flexibility would help.

Jason and Lauren Pak
Tom Morrison
Steph Rose (quite advanced)

You should be looking at creating and building mobility rather than stretching - flexibility without strength or ability to move freely is not particularly useful.

Add in some balance stuff as well. One leg balances on a balance board or a Bosu ball (flat side up, ball side down).
