Which type of yoga/recommendations

Looking to get into yoga to help with clearing my mind but also mobility/flexibility. I hear that it has lots of great benefits but I do find the more slow paced ones a bit boring so looking to find a branch of yoga that would suit my needs a bit more? I am at a good fitness level and have reformer Pilates experience. Does anyone know any online recommendations? Aware off yoga with Adrienne and have done a couple of her videos in the past and enjoyed them but if there’s anyone else?

I enjoy vinyasa yoga as you're constantly moving

Boho Beautiful might be worth a look, lovely locations so you can pretend you're on a yoga retreat somewhere hot!

I did Ashtanga for a while & you’ll definitely work up a sweat but it can also get quite boring, since it’s the same routine every time.

I go to a small local class nowadays that does restorative yoga at the time of the new / full moons & vinyasa / Ashtanga in between. It works really well 😀

Im lucky to live close to a hot yoga studio. They have a range of yoga and pilate classes for different abilities. I find exercing in the heat is very beneficial in terms of mobility/flexibility (but also for strenght). Have a go if you have a studio nearby
