I am overweight, but I'm fine with that. Feel pretty body-neutral most of the time. I'm very fit and strong. I've noticed recently, though, that my belly is going into a very round ball when I do some strength-based movements, which it didn't used to do. My clothes don't feel tighter, so I don't think I've put on weight. Is there any way this could be a simple redistribution of fat as I move through my 40s in conjunction with abs and core getting stronger? It's my whole belly, not just the middle, as it would be in diastasis recti. And it's not painful. Just looks like I've got a beach ball up my top!
