Tennis dress:skirt to gym

Hi everyone

what’s your thoughts to wearing a tennis dress to the gym? Too much or not!

Trousers tend to go up my crotch and give me muffin top and I look t silly in anything high wasted looks like I have no torso so tend to only feel comfortable in tennis dress but not sure if to much or not?

Start a new trend. No reason why not to. Whatever makes you comfortable or baggy shorts if your not keen on skin tight leggings.

I have a gym instructor who permanently has a top tied round her waist as she doesn't like people seeing her bum!

What kind of stuff are you planning to do at the gym and what will you wear under the dress? Deadlifts might look a bit odd for example.

I use the cardio equipment treadmill bike the leg curl machine kick back machines all the basic weight machines but think it could look weird doing squats in the dress lol so think I will stick with shorts and T-shirt

I sort of assumed you'd wear legging type shorts or big pants under it.

They come with shorts attached underneath

Skort is fine, wear what you like

My dd wears a skort to the gym so you won't be the only one ever to have done it!

That was my first thought the shorts, pants were attached.
Then I thought maybe they aren't as it would be a pain in the bum to go to the loo in it.

But ultimately wear what you feel comfortable in.
Men folk all seem to be in baggy shorts, women are in skin tight stuff. Same with swimming, men get comfy baggy shorts women get skinny swimsuits, showing off every lump and bump

Can't see why not. There's always someone who will roll their eyes. Wear what you are comfortable in.
