Running bag-not camelback

I want to run to work with a change of clothes. Will leave towel and toiletries there but will need a change of clothes. Shoes will live at work. Any suggestions. Probably decathlon budget rather than Nike. Ran home with normal-the bouncing did my head in and my back is sore. Only for short runs so no need for water. Suggestions of one you have tried Please.

Harrier run free 10l kinder race pack- should fit your stuff in, be comfortable to run in and have easy access pockets for keys/phone and stuff. They are fairly cheap but well made.

They are a British company and have great customer service if you email them about what size you might need.

I have one from OMM, 10L as well. Really comfortable. It’s quite a few years old now, but I imagine they make similar now. Or you might find one on vinted!

I got one on Amazon , I can’t see the exact one anymore but it’s less than 8L, was under 20quid, great job. I would say get a lady specific one (assuming you’re a lady) a better body fit stops it bouncing about.

Mine are usually Salomon or Ultimate Direction. The Nathan bags (they do women's fit) look good too.

I'm lusting after an Ultimate Direction fastpack but they aren't cheap!

I have an old Decathlon 10l version - but they have gone up in price to £70!

There is this one on Vinted currently which would be big enough at 10l

You'll need 10-15l basically to fit clothes in (put in a plastic bag to protect against rain/sweat!)
