Need meal prep or dieting ideas

I am finding it hard to find the time to make myself nutritious and delicious meals. I would like to go down the meal prep route to keep me on track with better eating, but the only meal prep I am familiar with is frozen spag bol.

I am currently taking part in a boxing event for charity, so I need to make sure I am getting in protein to recover my muscles (believe me they need all the help of revival they can get). I am managing to lose weight from the training sessions so I would like to make sure I am eating in a calorie deficit with my meals too.

Any advice or suggestions?

I use the Good Food website a lot - they have a batch cooking collection and it shows the breakdown of calories and protein, which I find really helpful: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/collection/batch-cooking-recipes

I eat mostly vegetarian, so perhaps the recipes I make won't be right for you, but if I cook stuff like curries or soups, I almost always make the double the amount and freeze portions.

Ohhh a fellow boxing buddy! 😀Hello!
Im also taking part in a charity boxing match!
I know how you feel, finding nutritious meals that taste good can be difficult..i have recently found lots of recipes online BBC GoodFood, Youtube and TikTok! So you should deffo have a google!
The charity event have also advertised their nutrition company Ultra Nutrition - they have a section on their website with recipes - Im doing one for my tea tonight! Wonder how much my DH will love all this healthy food 😂
