What are your quick hits/tips for fitness? Found myself with 15 minutes spare earlier and figured I should do some fitness but couldn't decide what to do so played a game on my phone instead.... Since then I have run up and down the stairs a few times and done a plank for 30s. I don't always have time for a decent gym session so what are your quick and easy ideas that, added together throughout the day, will make a difference?

Know some short exercise videos like Get Fit with Rick, so you can pull them up on the phone and cast to the TV without getting distracted by browsing.

If you know you have a window of time, save a hyperlink in the calendar to open up.

I have a 1 mile route, that I measured with my fitbit, that I can walk briskly in 15 - 20 mins. It's just a circle around part of my estate, so from my front door. That way I'm getting a burst of fresh air too. Obviously you could run it in far less. It's very easy to get out, when it's set route and short.
