I'm thinking about buying one but I'm
An absolute sucker for novelty and imagine I may wear it once and it will never be seen again.

So, before potentially wasting my money, has anyone used one, does anyone have one, what do you wear it for, has it helped you improve, would you recommend?!

I'm around 70kg and looking at an adjustable 10kg vest. Intend to maybe wear around the house, on walks / runs and was thinking about possibly wearing on running machine at gym.

I've got one from Decathlon that's pretty comfortable to wear.

It's good for upping the work done while walking. I don't wear it for higher impact like running.

Also good for training if you're going to be carrying rucksacks.

I have an adjustable 15kg vest (multiple little sandbags so you can reduce the weight if you want). Use it more during the winter than summer as it does get pretty toasty. It does have a touch of a suicide-bomber aesthetic though so perhaps be prepared for some looks, but aside from that it's great!
