Les Milss Dance/Shabam and Bodyjam

Does anyone know the difference between Les mills Dance, Les Mills Shabam and Les Mills BodyJam? My local gym has started doing Les Mills dance... I've done Shabam and body jam before. Wonder what the difference is.

Les Mills Dance is replacing Sh Bam - they're retiring a bunch of the dance programmes (including Barre sob)
