I had a message from Pure Gym using my first name, saying "You're unable to access PureGym [Name of Gym 250 miles from home]. Speak to a member of staff or contact Member Services here for assistance."
I haven't ever been to this city let alone tried to go to the gym there. An hour after the email was sent I attended my local Pure Gym, which is the only one I have membership for.
Why would I get this email? Has someone got hold of my account details?
I've emailed them (on their actual email address) to find out what has happened.
Just wondered has anyone else had this issue?
