I'm at home with 2 small children or working so it's difficult for me to get exercise in (I'm just starting). Will I have the same benefit from doing a few 10/15 minutes of exercise a day rather than a 1 hour session?

15 minutes is better than zero minutes which is what most people do! Yes an hour is amazing for endurance - maybe you could do that one a week or fortnight. But honestly with two young kids just do what you can do. Any exercise is good for you.

10-15 minutes warm up & stretching in the morning after my coffee has made a huge difference to me!
If you can squeeze another session or 2 in, I think you are on to a winner!
