How to maintain muscle mass with a mild prolapse

I developed a mild cystocele prolapse around 6 weeks ago. I've been doing daily kegels since and have felt an improvement. I would like to try to maintain muscle mass but am not sure how to do it! I don't want to risk making it worse so thinking no heavy weights but would lighter weights be ok?

I am in the same situation, OP, so I don't know the answer but would love to see any advice on this. So glad to hear kegels are helping you - I'm very hopeful they'll help me too.

I find Dr Melissa Oleson YouTube videos really helpful. Lots of exercises focused on hips, glutes and pelvic floor rather than just kegels.
