Belly bands for running

Hi!

Does anyone have any recommendations for belly bands? I’m 20 weeks and it’s getting a bit uncomfortable (I’m just dealing with being a minute/mile slower than pre-pregnancy).

I’m thinking of getting the Gabrialla one from this list, but it’s the most expensive: is it worth it?

I’m glad you asked this because although I am incredibly slow and ploddy after a month off, at 21 weeks I’m picking running up again and it’s a bit uncomfortable so wondered if the bands actually work.

I am also considering the Gabriella having read the same article yesterday! I'm 25 weeks and still enjoying running but thought extra support wouldn't be a bad idea. Maybe worth posting this in pregnancy forum as well?

I got one and really recommend! Made the run much more comfortable and I felt like I had better form and balance. My lower back got quite sweaty, but it’s a small downside!
