Anyone else get this?
I have a deviated septum so I think I probably mouth breathe more than I should (in through the nose out through the mouth isn't all that possible for me)
But after 2x 10k runs last week I seem to have got a sore throat and swollen glands in my neck.
Coincidental or from the running?
I only started re running 2 1/2 weeks ago so it seems likely
If it happens to you, does it just stop as you run more or is there anything you can do to prevent it?
