Increasing flexibility for dancing

Hi. I’m in my 40s and fairly fit, but have always lacked flexibility. I’ve never been able to touch my toes etc.

I’m doing a dance competition, and would love to kick my legs higher, and I need to master a back bend and jazz splits.

does anyone know of any programs etc I can do at home to increase my flexibility over the next couple of months?

StretchIt! They have a variety of splits programmes, or just general flexibility.
There's also Down Dog for yoga - it builds custom classes based on style, level and target areas.

Front Splits Fast - but it's expensive. I bought it for my daughter, she was 12 though.
