What do you do and what sort of kit do you have?

I used to belong a couple of gyms over the years but as I dont drive and the closest ones all closed Ive become a big fan of home exercise!

I have just started running outdoors the last couple of months.
Also have my weights station (just dumbbells and a vibration plate) and an exercise bike in a spare bedroom.
Dining room/office has my pilates mat and mini stepper tucked away.
Then I also have a rebounder hiding underneath a bed!

oh, and nothing is collecting dust....it all gets used 2-3 times a week!😄

Peloton + app. DH and I have started doing weights recently and bought a set of light/ medium ones on a rack. Also have a yoga mat, pilates ball, pilates ring, yoga blocks, bolster and some bands knocking around.

This is all in our bedroom, which is enormous so doesn't really get in the way.

Peloton addict here! I do 30-45 minute rides about 4/5 times a week then either core/pilates and upper body weights using the peloton app as well.
I try to do some yoga/stretching as well but not often enough.

I use an app, run and go on the rowing machine. We have a gym with rowing machine, adjustable weights, pull up bar and a punch bag. I also have 3 sets of dumbells, Kettlebell and some resistance bands.

Youtube is your friend. There are so many Youtube workout videos available online that there is really no reason to pay for any online classes.

I do several Youtube workouts a week (I subscribe to various channels, so new workouts are always popping up each day). I have also recently purchased a walking pad to get some extra steps in as well and to get some more low impact cardio in.
