I've lost over 18kg from this year January and I have 14kg more to go I've hit a plateau where my weight is just fluctuating around 74-76kg and i'm soo frustrated funny enough I got so upset I decided to take a break and did a cheat day the next day went down in weight is this what I have to do eat at maintenance to shock my body out of it I can't lower my calories anymore as it's already low been eating at 1200-1300 plus doing weights and cardio
