Warm weather running

QuestionMark1981 · 12/04/2024 15:34

Does anyone else find that their feet get very hot while running when the weather is warmer? I haven’t heard of anyone else with this issue.
Does anyone who does have this problem, have any tips please?

Your shoes need enough space to accomodate your feet swelling.
Most running shoes have enough mesh zone to be breathable.

It can be a shock to the body when temperatures suddenly lurch but the body acclimatises after a few runs in the new temperature zone.

Thanks for the tip. I’m quite an experienced runner and I do tend to size up when I buy my shoes but I still always find my feet get quite hot. Maybe it’s unavoidable…
