I keep having anxiety attacks at the gym

I am joined to a nice gym, it’s got good equipment, no one is a dick (that I have come across). I have been joined about 18 months, so I’m not new. I like working out.

It’s had a refit and obviously with Jan new joiners it’s still crazy busy in there so the atmosphere has changed. There is less space and it’s loud. I wear noise cancelling headphones and I don’t care who might be looking at me or judging me or anything like that. I am also a social outgoing person! I have health anxiety so I think some of the anxiety is that I might injure myself?

But I keep having anxiety/panic attacks at the gym. If I work out at home this doesn’t happen. I am prone to anxiety attacks and have had more and more lately but seems predominantly happening in the gym. I really don’t know how to get to the bottom of it and stop it happening. Does anyone have this? I have been going a lot less and even tried going with a friend but nothing is really helping!
