High impact bras for big boobs?

Just that really. I am trying to increase my running (regular parkrun and 1 other run per week plus HIIT class) and my current sports bras (underwired) are hurting me.

I probably need to get re measured - there is a bravissimo in the city centre where I work - but they are £££ so can anyone recommend other brands?

I thought I'd get one pricey bravissimo and then maybe some cheaper brands but they need to be suitable for running.

My normal bras are 36FF.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Shockabsorber are good, but run tight on the band. You may need to size up to 38.

I use Shock Absorber (the ultimate run bra) for running. I’m 34F and although the band is tight, it feels secure.

I wear Enell but they're not cheap.

I have an Elomi sports bra - 36H. Expensive, but keeps the girls in the right place

Thanks all. I'll check the suggestions out!

And while I am here, any recommendations for everyday non wired bras for large breasts? I keep seeing lemonade being advertised to me - anyone tried this brand or can recommend another? Wires are not my friend now.

I like panache ultimate underwired. I wear 36GG

Lululemon high impact but also not cheap - I did however get 2 on the sale for about £18 each which was amazing and I wear them constantly!

Panache underwired are great. You can pick up discontinued colours a bit cheaper usually online.

Panache underwired sports bra is my favourite (30F chest). I think shock absorber has gone done in quality over the years.

I know they're expensive but they last years!! And that's from me washing mine multiple times a week!

Buy 1 and just wash it regularly. It's worth the investment.

Panache also have a non-wired sports bra.

General non -wired bras - id check out M&S. ASOS own brand filler bust range can sometimes have reasonably priced stuff.

Pure Lime compression is great as a non-underwired. I have this one and can't recommend it enough https://boobydoo.co.uk/pure_lime_compression_sports_bra_pl_0098/?sku=PL_0098_1000_36E&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_id=20371011265&utm_campaign={campaign}&utm_term=&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwiMmwBhDmARIsABeQ7xQtYog7oVHNwBCwjVLyW6My5Ne0nmljrjPJLfwnXsAKdIi8MFSnf9YaAiJoEALw_wcB

Also recommend the Panache Sport Ultimate but it's underwired and not as comfy.

If you decide to go ahead and buy one it's worth looking on ebay too. Some sellers often sell old designs for massively reduced prices (still brand new with tags).

I discovered Asda George's sports bras last year, they are fab for the price and I now have about 6 in different colours. I run in them, among other exercise, and they are great (I'm a 34E). They don't do 36FF but you could try 36G or 38F?

Edited to add, it's specifically the zip front bras that I rate. Haven't tried any others

I think mine is a ShockAbsorber from Bravissimo. It is honestly worth buying the best possible even if they are expensive. If it helps at all I bought this one in 2017 and have been running regularly in it for a year with my 32Hs and it is still working well. So maybe it is expensive to start with but if you spread the cost by year it's not so bad.
