Gym pants /shorts

Hi all, I want some of those coloured cycling short type things. Don’t worry about my legs and bum they’re good. But do want to avoid too much of my pudenda on display!

Which do you have? How short do you have them? I know they come inside leg inches.

The trend among the yoofs at my gym seems to be gymshark, very short (like 1 inch under bum cheek) with a hugely oversized t shirt. Ankle socks. Trainers.

I have good ish legs but there is not a chance in hell I’d be doing squats in tiny cycling shorts so I have nothing else to offer.

I have the wrong leg shape for short shorts. I need enough length half-way down my thigh so that they don't ride up, bulge and cause my thighs to rub and shred each other.

It's a fashion that I'm leaving to the younglings!

@Toothbrushh I’ve never worn them for the gym but for running, those little ‘inner shorts’ ride up terribly in my experience.

I quite like a ‘skort’ where the cycling shorts are tighter and more functional, and the skirt shape gives a bit of coverage. But again, I don’t know how practical that is for the gym. You could go for a sort of mid thigh cycling shorts? And a crop t shirt or a looser vest, depending what you like?

Gymshark have some 5 inch ones that look good, although I have generously proportioned thighs and tend to go for even longer ones, cycling short style. No booty shorts for me!

I've just bought some sweaty berry 4 inch which are good. I went for 4 inch as a I'm only 5 foot 1 so they maybe a bit bum cheeky on taller but they also do them in longer lengths - called Power shorts
