Bra recco for premenstrual boobs

Being fairly modest-chested I've never needed anything other than my trusty medium-support Nike bra top to run in before. However, at the age of 43, premenstrual breast swelling and tenderness has made its first ever appearance for me, and for two weeks of the month I can't run without quite a bit of pain. The Nike tops aren't cutting it.

Can anyone recommend a really good bra that keeps everything in place as much as possible to minimise the discomfort? Or do I need painkillers?

You need a maximum no movement sports bra. Pain killers don't help much.

TBH I can't exercise as I suffer badly.

I find the brand shock absorber best.

Quite a few high impact reviews around.

Seconding the max compression, heavy duty sports bra. I never used to exercise when I had hormone boobs though, it was hideously uncomfortable.

Shock Absorber and Panache are my go to bras for high impact.

And some people swear by evening primrose oil for helping with sore breasts.

Thank you all, will look into it now.
It really sucks women can suffer so badly that exercise is impossible 50% of the time.

If men had anything similar.... 😡
