Big Breasts Advice

I have very big breasts which have been the Bain of my life and am planning to get them to reduced but in order to do this I need to lose weight. So I've been going to the gym and have tried about 10 different sports bras but they all rub quite painfully underneath my boobs, so much so, that I now have sores there which I think have become a bit smelly, gross I know, but I am having to shower 3 times a day. A friend I confided in suggested I might have a fungal infection so what I'm asking is...
Does anyone know of any creams/lotions that would be best for this type of infection, all I can find is foot fungal cream! Any advice would be so much appreciated as you can imagine this is having an impact on many aspects of my life as no-one wants anyone with smelly boobs! Thanks 🙏 in advance

Canesten cream. I'm overweight and developed the same problem where my thighs met my pubic mound, in that crease, either side. Canesten fixed it in no time. I'm also more vigilant in drying that area after a shower.

Daktacort hydrocortisone cream, bravissimo inspire sports bra. Personal experience 😂

I use something called Teangi witch hazel and tea tree cream from Amazon. I wanted something abit more natural. Its a very good preventative, so plop on your problem areas before you have an issue.
If you already have an infection though Id probably stick with something like Canestan to clear it up.
