What exercises can I do at work?

I work 10-hour shifts and I am on my feet all day. I also wear trainers/ plimsoles to work. I do a lot of walking in my job, and there are stairs.

There is also quite a bit of standing around and so I am thinking I could be doing some exercises. I need to work on my middle. I can't do sit-ups at work, but are there any exercises I can do standing up that will benefit me? I could get a fair few in.
