Waterproof windproof jacket with taped seams - for running

My old Asics one has a bust zip and I need a new one. My budget is not as high as above £100 which rules out Inov8 which I think is the best one out there. Can anyone recommend a decent one please, especially with all this rain?

Have a look at the harrier run free website. Their jacket is good quality. They normally have a discount code too for first orders and the customer service is great

Have a look on Sportsshoes.com. I have a couple of Ronhill which have lasted well, and another by Montane. There's quite a few on there including a Innov8 one at £99.

I have the harrier Exmoor and I hate it

It's bulky - which would be fine if it was waterproof, but it isn't. I bought the first release 2 years ago and then didn't need to wear it for months and the first time I wore it it leaked all over. I should have asked for a refund but felt it had been too long since I bought it.

@Stumpedasatree i have one of those and while it is a bit sweaty for a speedier run, I cannot fault it for a long slow run. Great pocket too.
