Hi all,
My 11.5 year old DS is asking to start going to the gym. The gym I go to does have a 6 week course that introduces weight lifting for children who are 11 and above, but I'm not sure if 11 is too early to start gym?
He's started doing Joe Wicks every morning, but is desperate to join the gym. If he does start, how many times a week would be ok for his age?
