Just as the title really, I've started at the gym and had a session with a PT but would really like to learn more about it. I've had a good google but found it conflicting and overwhelming. Could anyone advise a good book to read to take me through the basics?
Thank you

This was recommended on 'The weights room' board on MN. I bought fairly cheap weights from Argos and got really good results. I didn't even read the whole book tbh.

Thank you both! I didn't know there was a weights room board so I'm going to look at that Blush
