Plank challenge app - free

Hi - can anyone please recommend a Plank challenge app - I'm budgeting so it would have to be free. Thanks in advance.

Trying to do a plank is a challenge for me but I imagine that's not the advice or information you're looking for.

Try searching "Plank challenge" on the Google play store, 8 come up, including one called "plank challenge FREE".

@GoldfishFins it's going to be a challenge for me too!
I looked on apple App Store before posting- I did see a few but was not sure they were free - just a bit wary of a subscription by stealth! I'll check again, thank you.
