What have other peoples experiences been returning to running postpartum?
I had to stop at 20 weeks pregnant due to SPD. After birth, I spent 4 months rebuilding my body gradually through gym and pilates due to complete deconditioning and knee issues. I was ready to start a gradual couch to 5k at 6months postpartum but then got covid! Now ready to go again following covid recovery and gym return and now I have what feels like high hamstring tendinopathy and pelvic issues again!! Feeling quite down that I've now not run in over a year, miss it soo much. Have physio appointment booked for next week.
What was everyone else's return to running like postpartum?
