Hello, I'm desperate to lose weight as currently weigh 11st 12 and am just 5 ft 2.. I'm very unfit and would like to do a home workout video 3 or 4 times a week but having looked on YouTube there are so many to choose from I don't know where to begin! Can anyone pleaae recommend an aerobics workout programme on YouTube (or Netflix or Prime if they have any) for beginners? Ideally which starts off a beginners level then builds up over time as fitness improves? As I'm always short on time, I'm looking for videos no more than 20 mins long. Thank you.
