I think my hip abudctors are too weak.
- Office job. Martial arts and yoga. But, I can't hold my leg out in front of me at waist level.
In addition, in martial arts, I can't always straighten my leg, or hold the kicks in the correct position. At home, after stretching and performing them slowly, I'm much better.
It takes me a good 20 mins to warm my muscles up, stop the bones clicking etc
Any ideas?
