Prolapse-friendly gym programme for weak pelvic floor

I've seen various ideas online for exercising with a weak pelvic floor- so low impact, minimising pressure on the pelvic area etc. I've just joined the local council gym but the instructors don't seem knowledgeable about this particular issue. If you have a gym workout or tips that you're willing to share I'd appreciate it. I'll be swimming and using the gym which has the usual cardio, fixed weights and free weights. Thanks!

Pilates has definitely improved my pelvic floor strength. Can you do a Google search and see if there are any PTs in your area who specialise in pelvic floor weakness?

Have a look at Michelle Kenway's website. And closer to home, find out if you have a local NHS physio who specialises in gynae issues, and can see you some time before the next millennium.
