yeah that's my fear Grin

there is one in the holiday cottage we are staying at. it's weirdly satisfying.
my parents (over 75) want one. so we dc are considering getting them one.

A massage gun is probably cheaper, simpler and a lot more portable, assuming you mean one of the vibration plate exercise machines.

I have one and have been using it for nearly a year now. I use it 3 times a week to help with my weight training. I find it really good as I'm pretty lazy so it makes it easier to work out.
They are pretty expensive if you aren't going to use it though!
