If you have pelvic floor issues..... which exercise helped you?

I have a stage 2 cystocele (bladder prolapse) after DD2's birth. She's now 4.

I really need to shape up and lose some weight (and am sure losing the weight would help with my pelvic floor too!) However I'm really worried about making it worse. I think running would be out of the question as I genuinely would wet myself if I ran anywhere!

What helped you? Did any exercises help with bladder/pelvic floor issues?

100% I would recommend seeing a women's health physio before you start any exercise, they will create a bespoke plan for you. For example, I leak when doing high impact exercise, but it's because I have an overactive pelvic floor, so just doing normal kegels would make things worse for me. It's definitely worth the investment.

Definitely recommend seeing a women's health physio.
Squeezy app is £3 very well spent too
