I know UKC has a fit club but I find it quite regimented and male dominated!
I try to climb 2 days a week inside. Rarely go outside unless it’s to belay my kids on an easy crag.
Currently strong on 6a in the wall… hoping to push 6b by Christmas. This is all in auto belay unfortunately as I don’t have a partner atm.
