Hi all!
I'm 3 months postpartum after my second DC, and desperately want to try and get my core strength back - and improve my diastasis recti.
I saw a physiotherapist who also recommended pilates exercises, but I realized I cannot (read as: don't have the discipline) do exercises at home, unless I can follow a video. (Learned that after my first pregnancy...)
Any recommendations for Pilates teachers that have online classes/videos specifically for my situation? (Both free or paying is fine.)
