I go to a small group training gym, been doing this for 2 years. I did enjoy it a lot, but have completely lost my motivation and not been for a couple of weeks. It is ££££ and I am thinking of cancelling now. Not sure what I will do in place.
There are quite a few high street gyms near me, but don’t fancy them at all. I’m 60, quite fit and strong. Am I kidding myself that I can follow a programme at home. I do follow a couple of fitness people on instagram. Any suggestions welcome
