Reading the research it seems like it could be a great exercise for me !

I have one, although I only use it once a week or so (I prefer my mini stepper or bike most of the time).
They are really good as they are so low impact. I dont really jump on mine though as I prefer low intensity exercise (also my sports bra cant cope with jumping!LOL). I actually use mine to jog.
The first time I got on it I just about crippled myself though! I was happily jumping for a while and woke up the next morning and could barely move as my back had seized up. You really do work out your back muscles much more then it seems!

I love mine! I use YouTube videos for workouts. I bought the biggest one I could find as I wasn't all that stable to start and wanted a bit extra space.

Word of advice though....dont start straight off with a 20 minute workout. I couldn't walk for 3 days after! Start small....I do a 5 minute workout 1-3 times a week and will build up.
