I WFH and looking to up steps with an under desk treadmill.
I already have a desk riser so I know the treadmill is not for all day use as I only stand a bit in the morning and after lunch, but figure a slow walk while doing emails etc. will help.
I have looked at past threads but can't see many actual links beyond posters saying they have one. There are a lot out there! I don't really want to spend £300, maybe £170, but be good to know what the difference is between a cheaper/more expensive option, open to hunting down second hand.
My main questions are
-is it ok for living in a flat with people below and can it be used on carpet? Is it noisy?
-does size matter? I don't want to accidentally fall off
