It's my own fault, I knew it was brewing and haven't rested as much as I should, but after a run this morning I am in agony. Can barely put that foot to the floor, stairs are impossible (I've been going up on my bum) and anti inflammatories aren't touching it.

I have a commute tomorrow that involves several sets of stairs and c. 4 miles of walking in the round trip. What can I do so I can move by morning?

Oh I really feels you pain I done mine going out running in New Year’s Day (and I know I should no road run I am only allowed on a treadmill cos,of exactly this issue)

I was out for about 4 months it nearly killed me

for me I did buy extra strength turmeric mixed with black pepper from Holland and Barrett on advice from my physio. Take one a day and a week later I can walk

also voltoral (? Check spelling on that) cleared my shoulder up in 3 days

probably no helps for you tomorrow I am sorry but maybe it will helps a bit longer term

I am back on the tablets at the moment cos even running 5k on the treadmill flares my hip up

Not much advice I’m afraid but maybe a hot bath with Epsom Salt (or just hot water) will help ease it?
(Agree w turmeric, try flax seed oil as well, you can get capsules).
