Best fun exercise for weight loss?

I have a lot of weight to lose. Anything high impact would be uncomfortable right now. Other than walking, can anyone recommend exercise they actually find fun or enjoy? Thank you

Dancing. Either a class or just something like just dance on the switch.

I have a weighted hula hoop. Granted the exercise mainly comes from picking it up off the floor but it's a giggle and the children join in

Nordic poles.

YouTube videos that helped me "walking with rick" and the low impact "body project" ones. Nearly killed me off the first two weeks, but eventually lost 40lbs and genuinely love the feeling after a workout now. Also a class where I took my baby/toddler was great, the instructor made low impact changes and we all sort of bonded over how unfit we were.
But walking with Rick was what got me off my arse and they're easy enough to do one a day.

Cycling as there isn’t pressure on your joints in the same way as running.
Swimming as you become weightless, therefore much more comfortable to exercise.

exersise is good for your health and well being. For weigh loss you’d be looking at a 20% benefit over 80% on what you eat if they are both done together consistently. You have to remember an hours exercise is 4% of your day. Fitting activity into your day alongside exercise will increase your time spent moving and increase your expenditure

I bought a second hand bike before the summer holidays and love getting out on my bike. Gets you out and about speaking with people too. Haven't been on it much during the holidays but looking forward to getting back to it once schools return. Good luck finding something you enjoy.

Lifting! It's the best fun.

The focus needs to be on nutrition for weight loss though.

Pinterest has a lot of skipping workouts. So much fun and if you have the space you can easily workout at home.

Get Fit with Rick in Youtube.

His videos aren't that long but some are more intense than others. He has loads so you can decide to do one a day, or 3 a day or even 3 in a row. Whatever you feel up to. He's also very likeable and talks you through the moves. His exercises are based on a step count. He also does a lot with really good music which always helps me.
