Resistance bands resistance training

So I want to start resistance training, to build strength and fitness and also for body shape. However for various reasons don't want to do weights. I understand I can get similar benefits from resistance bands. Not quite sure where to start and I'm not great at building a sequence myself, usually need a video to follow for a workout.

Anybody got any top tips, insights, recommendations or similar? Looking for any information or advice or opinions!! Thank you.

Following - I'd love to find a video.

I do have a book for cancer patients that's got some routines but am finding it a bit confusing to start. I don't find its set out very well.

Check out James Grange on youtube and he also runs Undersun Fitness (resistance band training) also on youtube :)

No worries :) (Grage, I always end up slipping an n in his last name for some reason haha). I actually found him a few years back by his free weight's vs band video.
