Mobility exercises first thing

I'm looking for some mobility exercises I could do first thing in the morning - a sort of jump out of bed and do some stretches and enough to raise heart beat, but not super out of breath (it might progress to that but not yet!). 5-10 mins. Anyone good on You Tube? Not looking for weights per se, one or two ok, but mainly body weight.

Tom Morrison does mobility exercises. I see him on TikTok but he is also on YouTube. I tend to just copy some of the exercises he does and then make my own routine but I’ve googled a link so you can see what you think. My mobility has improved loads since doing them. I already did a bit of yoga but adding the mobility exercises has really helped.

Yeh I do Tom morrison too, I do the SMM programme which is longer than you're asking for, more like 20-30 mins. I do it on rest days (except not at the moment as I'm too tired 😴). I started with the freebie stuff though.

Yoga with Uliana has a lot of short 5-10 min yoga workouts and some 30 day challenges. They're well pitched for rolling out of bed feeling stiff and getting moving for the day. She's got a good range of standing workouts too.

I like Adriene too, but she has less range of short workouts and her 30 day series tend to vary in length.

Kassandra on YouTube has loads of 10 min morning yoga videos. She did a whole series of them and then more as hoc ones. They're aimed at beginners, no props required and are usually fairly slow, morning movements to just ease stiffness out of joints.
