I have been going to the gym a while and have got myself into a routine. It is quad, hamstring and glutes today.
this is what I usually do:
Leg extension 4 x 10 25kg
Abducter 4 x 10 37.5 kg
Adducter 2 x 17.5kg
Donkey kicks 4 x 8 45kg
Romanian deadlift 4 x 10 28kg
Dumbbell squat 4 x 10 20kg
Leg press 4 x 10 110kg
Hamstring curl 4 x 10 20kg
what would you change? I don’t really seem to be making much progress. My goal is to build muscle, and also lose weight ha!
