Weight loss

I e taken up running again, I used to run 50 km per week.
Ive been through a rough time this past year and stopped running.
Anyway, I weighed myself 10 days ago and again today and I’ve lost 4kg. I’ve got another 6 to lose. Not sure if the scales are wonky tbh as I never weigh myself. Does that seem a reasonable amount to lose in 10 days?
Ive been running at a slow pace 4xweek for about 40-60 minutes. Drinking lots of water and eating better

That is an awful lot to lose. That's the kind of loss you see on the 800 calorie a day low carb diet (Fast800), and most of that is water weight initially (every molecule of carb attaches to 4 molecules of water...).

I'm not saying you couldn't have but the question is what is your sustainability plan diet wise?

It'll be the eating better rather than the exercise that's caused the weight loss but 4kg in 10 days is a huge amount to loose, even if you're quite over weight. You need to burn around 3500 calories to burn 1 lb of fat.....4kg is just under 9lb. Running a mile burns around 100 calories (depending on your size) so your weight loss definitely hasn't come from doing that much exercise!
Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day? Unless you weigh yourself naked first thing in a morning then you will get big variations as clothes and what you eat and drink during the day will increase your weight.
