I've just started ju-jitsu again and I am creaking tonight after a double class. Can anyone suggest something to help with stiff joints and muscle recovery?

Totally just my own experience but I started taking collagen tablets as got a free bottle from a skincare order, and all my autoimmune joint problems have massively improved! 🤷🏻‍♀️ not necessarily for flexibility though I guess but more for the stiffness you mention.

Not much helps with creaking finger joints after Jiu Jitsu other than adaptation through time and getting used to the volume. For muscle soreness, movement is medicine: walking, easy cycling etc helps with recovery.
