Has anyone successfully managed to get rid of a C-section shelf with only exercise and a good diet and how long did it take? Ive lost all my baby weight after my second but the shelf is much more prominent this time (had a C-section for first baby too). I'm fairly fit so it's noticeably prominent to me as the rest of my body looks like it did pre-pregnancy. Have started doing more core exercises but open to advice or suggestions from anyone
