Thanks to a thread here I've been consistently doing planks 9/10 days since the start of May
I found an app called 30 day plank challenge, it reminds me to do the day's workout and is very encouraging when I've done it 😄 the longest so far is only 10 minutes which is very achievable
Is there anything similar for legs? My physio tells me to do single leg squats and so on but I don't stick to it and an app that reminds me would be brilliant
