Hello!

I'm a student studying MSc Exercise and Physical Activity for Special Populations and Healthy Aging at Middlesex University. Right now, I'm conducting an exciting research study on 'Perceptions of physical exercise during pregnancy' among women in North London who were pregnant 2-3 years ago. I'm reaching out to you because I believe your participation in this study could make a real difference!

The purpose of this study is to gain insights into women's experiences with physical exercise during pregnancy a few years back and to understand their current beliefs and thoughts on the topic. We're particularly interested in exploring if and why their views on exercise during pregnancy may have changed over time. Your valuable input can contribute to scientific knowledge and help us make progress in this field.

Participating is easy and won't take up too much of your time. We're looking for women who had a healthy pregnancy 2-3 years ago and currently reside in North London. If you meet these criteria, we would love to invite you for a 30-45 minute interview at a location convenient for you. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange a recorded video interview on Zoom, so you can participate from the comfort of your own home.

Your voice matters, and by taking part in this study, you'll be directly contributing to advancements in understanding exercise during pregnancy. If you have any questions or are interested in participating, please don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected].

Thank you so much for considering this opportunity!

Warm regards,

Maria Millares
